Ingredients:
6 slices bread, cut into pieces
Raisins (optional)
1 can milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
How to make budin
- Beat eggs slightly and add milk, sugar, margarine and salt.
- Soak the bread in the mixture and let stand for 20 minutes, stirring once in a while.
- Add raisins and stir again. Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake in a moderate
oven or seam for 45 minutes.
- Yield: 4 servings.
